About This Workshop
You may have heard of the concept of the "three brains": the reptilian brain, the limbic brain, and the neocortex. The reptilian brain, our most ancient part, governs survival instincts, driven by impulse and anchored in the present moment, overseen by the brainstem. The limbic brain is emotional, while the neocortex defines our thinking mind. Today, it's not uncommon to feel stuck in our thoughts, reflecting the weight we've placed on the neocortex, as illustrated by Descartes' famous words, "I think, therefore I am." In doing so, we've distanced ourselves from our reptilian and limbic selves, shaping our lives only based on cognitive abilites. This course is designed to awaken your reptilian instincts, reconnect with your primal urges, and rediscover the power of your body through the movement of your pelvis.
Participants are invited to wear comfortable clothes that don't restrict movement.
You can access the video recording of the 90-minute workshop through your panel for 45 days.
