Is It Challenging To Deepen In Female Energy?
I have mentioned many times in my previous articles what feminine energy is thought to be and what it actually is. Since the concept of feminine energy pumped to us is imposed from a power source, even our perception and definition of “female energy” is in a very masculine language. We define feminine energy in lists, “Ms. Buse, what should I do to raise my feminine energy?” The question is asked often, first of all I should repeat that feminine energy is not something that is ascending. There is no low or high energy. Energy expands, deepens; that is, it expands inward.
A concept that we have such a hard time defining is also difficult to comprehend in the body. Because there are certain situations that we confuse with feminine energy: looking sexy, acting self-confident, being a “cool woman” or being able to please your partner or dressing well. Or to be in constant connection with the universe, nature, greenery, and beauty, and to wander in a constant state of meditation. Curling well, wanting to have sex all the time, never getting angry, always accepting, grabbing everything softly, being very receptive, always acting as you want… etc.
We could write a few more pages of examples here, we all have certain ideas and shoulds about feminine energy. This is where we lose our feminine energy anyway. Having an idea of how something should be and holding on to it too much is an approach that works directly against feminine energy.
Where we begin to generate ideas about how we should be, we also begin to squeeze our feminine energy.
While the war between the ideal world we have established for ourselves and our reality prevents us from being ourselves, the internal conflicts, resistance and an inoperative system cause our masculine energy to be shaken. Feminine energy feeds our masculine energy as a source; Our masculine energy performs an action and movement in the world, establishes a structure, creates an order, arranges and categorizes it with the emotions and impulses it receives from our feminine side. If we already have areas in our feminine energy that we “should be” or “we assume are” and “try to be”; Because our inner ocean, which is the source of our actions, is malfunctioning, things do not go well.
Words define; so we meet our feminine energy where there are no words.
I know it’s kind of ironic because I write about feminine energy. But none of the articles I write can explain or make you feel your feminine energy; it can only open some doors in your mind so that you have the desire to take the path towards yourself and have a lexical basis that it is possible. No, words cannot touch your feminine energy.
A sound can touch, a music, a hand, sometimes a smell and a feeling you can never describe. Something about human, when I say human here, I do not mean this “new human” that we have constructed with our newly developed brain, some senses and emotions that have accompanied us throughout human history can touch us. Yet the feminine energy knows that there is something beyond the senses, it keeps it hidden within; does not constantly emulate it. Because it accepts (yes, acceptance is by accepting the world as it is) and does not seek any reality other than itself from here. Even if he knows, he does not follow; He senses that he is here for a reason. It does not try to explain what it senses, does not confine it to words, does not try to show or impose what it knows. There is no need for all this in the “universe of becoming”.
Our body can take us to all those places that we know, sense but cannot describe, as gifts given to us to explore. It can “guide” us towards ourselves, that is, our body can guide us to go towards ourselves.
This is exactly what happens in a real dance: the door to other worlds being opened to us as we explore being inside our body. To feel the transparency of all that past, emotions, future, universe, nothingness and everything.
On the other hand, to be centered where you are; so that you can expand forever.
Your feminine energy is a part of you that knows how to expand from this center to infinity and is waiting to flow in your body. We all have it, some of us are more felt, some of us are more hidden. But it’s there. And no one can go deeper in it but you, a treasure that only you can go to. For this, as an embodied being, let’s first soften the blocks in your physical world so that the field can open and move freely in the presence of feminine energy. When this happens, you won’t need to do anything extra. Pure effortlessness.
